Xperia ARC, web share with bluetooth connection

Hello where is it possible ti configure the web share with bluetooth connection, the software is updated

i found with xperia T not with this one,

I may not be understanding you correctly but if you are referring to tethering the settings on the phone only offer USB tethering and wireless hotspot (wifi) there is no reference to Bluetooth tethering. You may need to look at third party software for this.
