xperia arc s touch issue

hello i am new here

i just bought an arc S and i updated it on ICS

i got issue with touching on some games my touch is not recognised at all

i have to multi touch it with my second finger and then it will be recognised

when i make a test with multi touch, my first touch is nr 2 and the second one is nr 1

i dont know if i had this problem before on 2.3 becouse i updated it immediatly

there are compatibility issues with games, we are waiting for an official response by Sony

i haven't heart anyone complain about this issue.. its not just games in some apps i cant touch i have to multitouch it..
