Xperia arc s serious problem

Hi,

I have a serious enough problem with a sony ericsson xperia arc s with Android version 2.3.4! As the line says to take but it really does not take at all or if I try to call me on that number says the now called tim and if I send a message not get nothing, and yet if I put the card in another cellularearrivano all posts and calls on sony xperia arc backward that's not coming .. I have read around a bit which may be the baseband? Tell me a little bit because you really urgent .. Can you give me some explanations or something please? And 'quite urgent .. thank you very much

Have you tried to repair your phone using the Sony Update Service. If not, then do so.

This may sound a tad bit harsh but find it yourself; cba looking for a link.
