xperia arc S screen problem

Screen turns on automatically after I lock or put the fone on sleep. This happens continuously unless I unlock the phone. And again the same thing continue. Please help!

I have the same problem wif you :smileygrin:,but My phone Will AutoUnlock when it opens(i have put the slider pattern..

Yeah, I was having a similar problem with my Xperia Arc S LT18i running 4.0.3 at the time, I just did a software repair via SUS (Standalone Update Service) and voila! no more problems however YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA.

Did you try restarting your phone a couple of times.? what happens now?
