Hello,
I have done the factory reset after that my phone doesn't detects any Mobile network signal. Its Showing me red x mark next to the network bars on the top right hand corner on the display (photo Attached).
Its almost new (used for 2 months only) Bought it from ebay.in. I have checked with service station they said it has some hardware Issue (cant claim warranty as it from Grey market...
I created the ticket (Sony Xperia Contact Center, Service Request: 1-826345790)) with sony CZ, they said they are not able to repair under warranty and asked me to go to after warranty service centers in my area.
when i was there at the service centre in my City:
They are not able to repair my Phone, they said they don’t have that part and will take a long time to order. (4-5 weeks)
is there how how i can escalate this issue????
I am really fed up of this customer service.
