xperia arc s duriiing call dropping voice

i am very tensed about my phone i bought it 4 days sony ericsson xperia arc s during call it cuts the voice plzz sir guid me whats the main problem in my cell phone , my phone model is lt18a and update version is 2.3.4

I can't see the bottom of SUS, at the bottom right it should give you an option to Intall

PLEASE HELP.. i got the same problem
i litteraly tried everything.. but no solution.. even i toook it to the shop and they said there is nothing wrong with it
