Xperia ARC S Battery Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my Xperia ARCS which now has 2 years and a half.

Recently, its battery discharged as quickly as it recharged, even with the plane mode. One night, I turned my mobile off and the following morning it didn't turn on. 

Thinking that the problem came from the battery, I bought a new one, but it still doesn't work: my mobile remains turned off. When I try to recharge it, the indicator doesn't light up and my phone overheat.

If an experiment is required to fix this problem, I'd like to now it.

If the new battery you bought is completely empty it might need to charge for a few hours before the led turns on and you can start the phone.

If charging the phone for a few hours doesn't help, try using another charger or try charging it from a computer and see if it works. If that doesn't help i recommend that you contact your dealer or a service location to have the battery and phone checked.
