Xperia Arc - Play Store/YouTube Not Available After Using Phone as WiFi Hotspot

Can anyone help, please

Haven't got time to wade around.  Sorry, if this has been covered, already

My Arc is not loading Play Store and YouTube, after I used it as a WiFi Hotspot with my Xperia Z Tablet, for the first time yesterday

Text/SMS messages have switched around.  Current messages at top of stream, not bottom now

Quickpic not showing new photo's in gallery and appearing in a strange place within stock gallery.

Any fix suggestions without a reset, out there?

What if you reset your phone with SUS or PCC?

I wonder if the the same thing will happen, after SUS or PCC repair?!  Hopefully, the problem is just a WiFi Hotspot set up issue and won't cause further issues after repair

I will give it a go but don't want update service to install ICS, as I never installed it due to the lag/bloating/slow down problems reported by others!

Indeed it will slow down your phone, you can do this

settings > privacy > factory data reset 

and try again
