Xperia active heat question

Hello, is it normal for my active to reach 46°C while 3g browsing indoors with an ambiant temperature of 28°C?

Before xperia active I have owned a huawei and it never reached more than 39-40°C (and it still doesn't, same conditions as the active).

Thanks in advance.

I do know if its normal, but the heat on xperia active is felt much more because of its aluminum framing, the frame absorbs much of the heat that's why you experience it much. but if it gets uncomfortable to use, please send your phone to a sony service center so they can sort it out.

My bad, temperature reported by the battery not the one on the metalic frame.

oh i see, yes the phone do heat up, i don't really know about the specific temperature though, but as long as its still comfortable to use, i don't mind it, try to have a rest in between. and maybe there are a lot of apps in the background that uses the battery, so try rebooting the every few days.
