Xperia acro s touch screen problem

i have problem with my acro s....and the problem is...i can't login becouse the screen never detect....i try many time but still problem...it hapening  after rain ... what should i do....please help....

That could be a water damage issue, perhaps the cover weren't closed all the way, take it to a Sony repair center
