I can't log into my google account although I can get onto the web but when I need to download I need to go through my google account which I cannot log into when I try it just says  Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server  Can you help me please

either you have a bad internet connection (too slow) or google servers are acting up 

Try this

settings > apps >all > play store > clear everything and uninstall updates.
