Xperai Ray screen Blackout

What is the solution for xperia ray screen blackout problem? It meens screen gets black after standby mode.

You have pretty much nothing could do. I am facing this since I bought Ray 15 months ago. Apperantly what i seen on the web is product fault and which only option is replacement with your dealer. There were quite a lot of threads going on this topic in this forum, but the last resort is the replacement. I wish this was meant to say but you made a wrong choice getting a Ray. I know how frustrate it could be!

If this problem remains even though you've updated the software in your phone i recommend that you contact a local service location or Sony Xperia support for assistance with repairs/replacement.

@ Rickard, What would be the best cause of action if i cant find any Sony support centre in the country I am living? I am based in Sri Lanka, the email you've provided ([email protected]) has no response yet, it has been 3+ week since my query...i got the ref no, confirming this mail would be looked at it..1-541557797

Can you find a contact person that I could speak about this?

Sorry to hear that you haven't received any response yet. As you got a reference number your email has been received so you should hear from them shortly.

If you contact your dealer they might also be able to assist you with sending the phone in for service.
