Cheers Guys...
If you want to update to ICS 4.0 without any pain, here is the answer!
As stated above this is intended to help those
who have this specific FW: 1249-6227 R3D (SI: 1249-7819)
Croatian Users mostly, and some others (check your FW, *#*#7378423#*#* )
I'm saying this because I have made ORIGINAL BACKUP
of my phone without any changes.
So when you want you can use flashtool and revert back
from ICS 4.0 that is unbranded to your ORIGINAL GB.
So you can UPGRADE your phone with original
ICS that is specific for your zone.
Here you can find Unbranded ICS 4.0:

I'm tired of waiting Sony to finally release ICS - I'm going to try this...
How did you make firmware backup (GB) - is it clean/fresh install or modified / with some apps preinstalled ?
Once again thnx
You rock... and Sony s*ck...
I made it some time ago with my SUS.
It's exact copy of FW on my phone.
Nothing is altered.
SI: 1249-7819
Official FW: 1249-6227 R3D
NO root
NO unlocked bootloader
NO custom kernel
Just one more thing.
Battery life is way better than with the GB.
I have WiFi turned on for almost 24 hours now,
I've send lots of SMS, made a couple of phonecalls,
playing around with my music player and library
and now I still have 73% of battery!
Great improvement on that field.
You're one lucky dude to have a stable ICS..:smileywink:
I just followed the instructions from this thread:

ICS is on my phone for 3 days now...
Everything is OK, no lag and no problems.
Just wanted to update info if someone is interested.
