Xheria go Bluetooth connecting problem

Good day every one.

i am new here to the forum.

I recently got a Xperia Go and when i try conneting the phone to my surround sound system (sterio) or to my Dell laptop via bluetooth is just say can't communicat.

It doesn't give you the option to put in a pin or nothing. if i use any other phone it works fine and connects with the surround sound system and laptop just fine.

Can any one help me to sort out this problem?

I had the problem before i update the phone to jelly been 4.0.4 or something. i even tried to reset it to factory defualt setting and still the phone gives me the same message. Then some times it doesn't even want to pick up the two the devices.

First make sure that your stereo is set to pairing mode before you search for it from the phone. Some devices needs to be set to a pairing mode before another device can detect it and add it.

If that's not the problem, could you check if bluetooth is working at all in your phone by sending a file like a picture to your other phone?
