ive paid o2 for an unlocking code and it wont unlock..its the correct code but the counter on the handset is at zero so i cant unlock ...is there anyway to reset the counter?

What do you mean with "the counter is at zero"?

Also, how do you know it is the right code if the phone will not unlock?
