23/06/10 - [ 18 days ] Send to service centre for vaious problems

08/08/10 - [ 45 days ] Received a replacement


Problems in new phone.

  1. Battery life mentioned on website is 500 hrs standby / 10 hrs talktime. It is hardly 25 percent of the claim.
  2. Volume for ring tone & alarm is very low
  3. Hand writing recognising is a feature mentioned in manual & website, but not available.
  4. USB charging – some times it charges & some timed it does not charge.
  5. Key board -  Many keys are malfunctioning. Z & Y are interchanged. Please see picture.

  7. All icons for setting are malfunctioning - e.g. autolock icon goes to phone reset setting


I really dont know what to do.

this is a clear case where you should consider only phone exchange with the company.
