hi,im having all sort of problem in my phone
1.usb not recognized in my laptop
2.bluetooth is paired,but canot send files.
3.i cant find my file manager,which i had once.
it juz went through a service,which they say,my phone had a screen injury
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
1. Try to connect the phone to another USB port, you can also try with another USB cable.
2. Which Android version do you have on your phone? Check under settings > about phone.
3. The phone doesn't have a preinstalled file manager. You can download a 3rd party file manager from Android Market.
im using 2.3.3. android version... i cant connect even with other usb cables.i have checked tat
In that case I would suggest that you try connect your phone to another PC.

When it comes to Bluetooth transferring, you should not pair the device first. Open for example album/gallery and select a picture > select to send/share it using Bluetooth > select your PC in the list of available Bluetooth units. Also make sure that you PC is set to allow receiving files over Bluetooth.
