Dear Sony Ericsson,
I hope I placed this in the right section of the website.
My phone had the trouble that it wouldn't charge anymore, and that it kept turning off in an instant (black screen, and no way to turn it back on).
after a while the phone would reboot itself.
I have been to my provider store and they sent it to be repaired.
A week later I got it back, saying it had to be falling damage.
I had said specificly that I never dropped my phone, but neither the store and the repair company seem to believe it, and I cannot convince them in any way.
Searching on the internet I have come across countless of people with the same problem, and it just isn't right.
I have never dropped my phone. and the pictures enclosed with the verdict didn't show a thing. (2 of the 3 pictures are even the same!)
I will attach the photo's to this post.
Now I don't have a proper phone. and as a result cannot be reached by anyone.
I would like to see a solution to this, as I am now unreachable.
With best regards and your's faithfully,
Bjarne de Graaf
did you try contacting Sony Ericsson ?
I have send them a mail, but havent got a reply, how much time do they usually take for this?
Also, if anyone has the same problem I had, please share it with me.
A friend of mine has the same contract/cellphone/warranty as I have, with the same provider, he had the exact same issue, and he DID drop his phone... and his phone DID get fixed...
so thats why I think something isn't right here.
I think what the repair center is trying to show is that some external damage has been put to the USB-port, but I agree it's hard to determine this from the pictures attached. So I suggest that if you can lend a phone call your local support team to get more information about this specific case.

I'll try that, but that still leaves me without a phone, and still i have to pay without getting to use it sadly.
johan and uliwooly have helped you..
i just wanted to know from which camera you took the above pics ??
they are like crystal clear with just 160 kb size ?
also you may direct them to this site and make them see that many people are facing the same problem..
i dont know which issue but 1 user did the same..he was first rejected but afterwards he showed them this site and they repaired the issue for free..
I did not take those pictures.
the repair company took those pictures, to try and "show" what is broken in my phone.
so I do not know....
Looking in the details of the pictures... it says: "Canon PowerShot SX110 IS"
Okay I will try that. Thanks for the information.
hmm ok,
