X10 Mini Turning Off...

Ever since my x10 was brand new its always turned itself off the first time you try and call someone. Occasionally if you try and read a text message it will restart as well.

Its just turned off before a call as normal, restarted itself, wiped my contacts, refused to read my simcard, restarted again and now wont come back on.

Its plugged in on charge, I've tried the power and menu button reset... nothing.... no battery to take out either.

Someone help?! Any ideas?

Hi, not quite understand your post, but if you are able to charge the battery, suggest you software repair phone to see if this helps. If you can't, it is worth checking the USB cable or send it to SE Service Centre to have it checked.

Here's the download link to SE Update Service, http://dl-www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1317636927/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.10.7.exe. Download and install to PC/Laptop, launch it and follow on-screen instructions. Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely (SD Card not affected), backup if necessary.
