Hi, I tried to reset my sony x10 mini yesterday to factory settings within the menu (Privacy-->restore to factory setting).
During this process it crashed. The hard reset doen't work as well (on/off + middle or any other button).
The phone isn't totally swithched off, ie the screen is not totally black, but rather dark grey.
When I connect the phone to my PC via USB, the computer recognizes something (USB connection sound), however, the computer doesn't display anything about a connected device.
I have tried SEUS as well and it doesn't work.
The battery is non-removable.
What can I still do to resolve this fatal crash?
