X peria Neo L touch screen problem

When input some text, for sms or contact entry, letters in the right hand side( P , L  & cancel key) are not working. When I press these keys,keys prior to these ( O, K & M ) are coming in.

If I enter the same in Portrait mode, then there is no problem.

Pls help..

You can test the touch screen using Xperia diagnostics:

If the display works in the diagnostics test, try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

If the screen doesn't work as it should in the diagnostics test I suggest that you have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:

The touch screen surface of my phone doesn't work anymore. Also, I forgot the security code I input because it's been a year when the problem happen. Is it possible that the surface of the screen can be replaced so I can use the phone again? Sony help.
