X Alert

I had activated a software called  X Alert, which is supposed to assist me if my phone gets stolen. Now the thing has blocked access to My Settings and it doesnt accept the password at all. The phone is less than a month old and I can afford to "factory restore" the thing if possible. Any guidance pls. I would like to remove X alert totally out of my life.

Try to boot your phone into safe mode. Details are here in this thread:

After you are in safe mode, go to settings and uninstall the app.

Hi,

       I had used SUS for my phone and that set my phone right. It works jus fine as before. I'm still not unable to remove the X Alert of my phone. Hope Sony comes with a fix for that. Thanks a lot for the inputs ppl.
