Wt19i not power on

I am using sony erricssion wt19i past 3 yrs.One day it has showed low battery.i have put in charger.but after that mobile is not switching on.i have changed battery also,but its not working.And aslo when i connect charger its not showing mobile is charging like that.Give me suggestions to resolve this issue.

If you have tried another battery, have you also tried different chargers to exclude problems related to your current one?
