WT19i Audio problem

Hello,

When I connect my earphones, speakers become disable. All sounds, including Alerts or Ringing can be heard from the earphones and not from the speakers.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum!

I tried this out with a Live with Walkman running Android 4.0 and there was no such issue. Try updating your phone and hopefully the problem is way gone.

My Android version is 4.0.4 with Version number 4.1.B.0.587 and Kernel version 2.6.32.9-perf.

I can't remember if the problem appeared after the update or not.
