There is a bug with Xperia Care, it ignores system language for displaying content. I have Brazilian Potuguese, but it shows content in European Portuguese. Are developers around? Please fix this annoyance.
I recommend that you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/country/pt_BR/) to report this and so that they can escalate it. As i don't know the language it's hard for me to escalate this.
