Why ICS it's better of GB? I'm really considering doing a downgrade to GB to my Xperia Pro becuse I don't like the lag in ICS.
But que question remains, what I can't do with GB that I can with ICS?

Personally I like the ICS interface better then GB and that's the most important part for me.
Looks like the lag problem it's only a Xperia Pro problem, because that article claims that ICS was faster in the samsung device.
