WORST XPERIA T PROBLEM

Hi Good Day!

I've been experiencing a really tough day with my Xperia T. As I was about to remove my headphone jack from my phone, the tip broke inside the earphone jack of my phone. Rendering my phone's sound to be disabled. I can no longer hear nor use anything speaker relate i.e. music, games, etc. It also disabled the earpiece and microphone.

I've had it opened and because of deperation I had the earphone jack part removed out of my phone assuming that this would be the only option. But it still didn't work quite the way I planned it to. There is still no sound whatsoever.

*I've factory reset my phone

I need help! Is still software related? I need solutions please!!

You need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

Phone's warranty has expired. I need a DIY solution.

It's quite easy to open the Xperia T, just watch the video few times and make sure to have the correct tools

I've opened it the already and have removed the ear jack plug itself. My only problem I have now is being able to make sounds come out of my phone again.

You might have to replace the loudspeaker
