Wont turn on!

had the phone for a week! the battery died, and now it wont turn on, iver gone thru the forums and tried things from them for example; SUS and safe mode, safe mode doesnt weem to want to turn on, and the SUS doesnt even seem to recognise anythings plugged in. is there anything else i can try?

connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold the power button & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1hr > after 1hr try to repair it with SUS

Me and a friend of mine (both Xperia U users) had the same problem before, I think this is something almost everyone has to go trough.

Anyways.

What I did: connected it to the charger, and after 10 minutes, the miracle happened, the Sony logo appeared!

What my friend did:

I told him to do the same, he did. Only, with him, it took 4 hours!

Guess the time varies by everyone, but just connect it to the charger when you go to sleep, and if you wake up, the phone should be turned on by magic!
