wont turn on after taking new sim card out !?

basically had new micro sim to put in my xperia s but i wanted to keep my number but i had to take the sim out to write down the numbers but it hasnt been able to turn on after that ive tried the force restart and shutdown but still nothing i really need help asap please!!!

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 7 seconds or so > let it charge for 2 hours

ive already done that and nothing happpens still

Take it to a Sony repair center

As a side not, please always refrain from hot swapping SIM's and SD Cards. By this I mean removing or inserting either item when the phone is running, as this can often lead to this sort of problem.
