Wont Backup

I have been trying to backup my xperia z,

it looks like its working but then at the end it sasy there was an error try restarting the phone and trying again,

this is getting annoying

Are you trying to backup via PC Companion or via the app in the phone?

Yes im am trying to backup with the pc companion.

I dont know of any app
