Hello. I have a habit of charging my phone through the night. It has been going good i thought because the smart cycle somehow charges over time but today it is sunday so i slept a little longer than usual. Almost half hour over my weekly wakeup time the phone showed an error saying "Battery condition critical". What is that? I have had the phone for 5 days only.
Yes, it could be. Did you check safe mode? Those are just advertisments.
just type in ur dial pad
*#*#7378423#*#* > Go to service settings > scroll down and see battery health
@JimmyMir Safe mode can be accessed by long pressing power button, then tapping longer on turn off (a message should pop up asking if you want to reboot in safe mode). In safe mode, 3rd party apps are not loaded.
Note: after safe mode, you might lose some customizations done to your home panels.
Hi @JimmyMir, congratulations on your new Xperia XZ!
I haven't heard about this message before, so I think @alexdon is on to something here. It sounds like the notification is from a third party application, so safe mode is the correct way to go here.
I understand that it might be hard to replicate this notification if you only received it once in 5 days and it's not fun to have to run the phone in safe mode for a longer period of time.
I'd recommend that you reboot your phone in safe mode prior to going to bed one night and see if you get the same notification when you wake up again.
In safe mode applications that you have installed on your own will not be loaded.
Let us know how it went!
