Wisepilot after Factory Reset

Hii,

I have performed a factory Reset for my Xperia S and after restoring the application and settings using PCC  , I LOST my WISEPILOT life subscription as well as my TRIP REPORTS and my FAVORITES LOCATIONS. Wisepilot are not supporting me claiming that Xperia Users they should get support from Xperia care.

Would you please HELP me to restore my account  and all the related locations and reports.

When you made the subscription on your phone you would have been provided with a code for this. When you are in the Wisepilot app you would then need to go into My Wisepilot, where you would be given the option to add voucher.

If you no longer have this then this would need to be raised with Wisepilot directly.

I have contacted them again regarding this voucher and their answer is as follow :

Dear Sir,

Sony support should be able to provide you with the voucher number as they are in charge of Wisepilot for Xperia. Please contact them again to get the number.
