Wireless stereo headset

My wireless headset doesn't work on Z1 using OTG cable. As simple as plugging in the OTG cable to the Z1 then the USB dongle into the OTG cable. I did actually try the same headset on other mobile phones like Samsung S4..etc, and it worked.
Additional info: The mobile phone's version is 4.4.2
Headset's model: DWH100
I did factory resets twice so far, so please do not ask me to.

Bro here techincal support have only 3 asnwers : 1 Factory rest 2 use PCC 3 use SUS and all users and all dev of sony are know this is i verey bad upgrade or software and they do nothing and not even say that they will give us new update with fixing i huge problems and bugs in kitkat 681 and 757 we have to wait or sell ur phone better

Z1 disappointed me literally, with this budget, I had the chance to get better mobiles like 2 weeks ago. I trusted you sony, why..why.

bro sony is big company and trusted trade mark but in phones sony not expert on it and they have a failer TS team to give product update not testing !!

im sure sony will fix it and i will wait them becoz i like this phone with a good hardware but problem is no good respond from TS and they think that who talk here are kids or ppl not know what they said im a TS and know when TS not know answers they say use repire or update again or some thing like that  

i can forgive sony becoz problem not in sony phones only its on nuxs google phone too problem with sony that is working on android devolpers team without testing after them and its a fail
