Wireless Problem after updated

Hi

After i updated my Xperia U for Android 4.0.4 started to had problems with wireless.

The problem is, after wireless connect to a network, i can't switch off.

Even if i leave the area covered by the network the phone doesn't disconnect from the network.

How can i fix this?

Back up files/contacts, do FACTORY RESET.
