Will Xperia S see Android 4.4?

I am sure many of you have been waiting for android 4.4  release, well me too. I was wondering if whether Sony going to release update for xperia s/sl/acro s beyond android 4.1 then what are the chances of Sony announcing they release will update for xperia s/sl/acro s or even T to latest version of android.

Sony hasn't said anything about the Xperia S getting 4.3 or anything after 4.1, now this is not at all bad news as they are still testing if they are or not, my opinion is that the Xperia S, SL are not going to receive 4.3.

Also 4.4 was just announced and the nexus 5 today, there is no info on 4.4 (from Sony) at the moment)

At least I hope for some "big" firmware till end of 2013 for Xperia S, also 4.3 or 4.4 will be cool if possible but we need to wait !

Sony don't care about users and 2012 phones, in a year the phone is dropped from updates...

I've an Xperia S rooted, with a lot of program from SL, Z... (camera, gallery, home, walkman, framework...) then i know that can do it and works, but really don't want to update our phones...

My experiences with sony is enough to avoid to buy another device. I've an Xperia S and a Sony Tablet S and both are good devices but with a careless firmware. Sony Tablet have a lot of bugs but sony don't care and don't try to fix that problems, and Xperia S have an old firmware with a lot of battery drain. Custom Firmwares uses less battery than official and that's bad.

Just sony and qualcomn both never buy sony and qualcomn products as we can see the results from xperia s no more update then 4.1 laggy virsion go for another smartphone manaf. Like samsung lg apple boycott sony and qualcomn them both

Qualcom supply more than just Sony - The Samsung GS4 uses Qualcom chips plus many many more manufactures - Do some research 1st
