my xperia neo didn't receive any ICS update neither .531 nor .681 or some rumber.

Just want to check updates are over as it close to 10 months after announcment.

where can i get the conformation for NOT receving so that i can check for alterntive for updated os.

The ICS roll out is still ongoing. I suggest that you connect your phone to PC Companion from time to time to check for updates.
