Wifi Tethering problem after .184 update

after oning wifi tethering,you cant off it without restarting the phone

which also mean,after oning wifi tethering,u need to restart the phone to use wifi

I haven't noticed other users having this problem. Have you tried to reinstall the software using Update Service?
