Wifi problems

My phone is showing as connected to wifi but when i go onto something like facebook all I get is a message saying network problem. When I tried to disconnect it wont let me. I tried using data and keep getting the same message. I have reset all the settings on my phone and still the same. Short of actually doing a full factory reset of my phone, again!!!!!!!!, is there anything i could do to solve this problem? I really like the phone it does what I need, but this is not the first problem and am considering changing to a different phone!!! NOT HAPPY!:smileyangry:

Hi there,

Go to setting> wifi> choose your connection> Choose Forget and restart your phone( restart by presssing the power button and volume key up at the same time until you feel the phone vibrating).

If the above did not work Back up your phone and repair with sony companion:

Support zone> update phone> repair ( follow every step)
