wifi problem

My Xperia Sola can't connect to our wifi home network. I tried to forget the wifi and shutdown my phone but it's still the same result. Sometimes my phone got connected to wifi but no internet. Can you please give me a useful info about my problem with connecting of my phone to wifi.
