wifi problem

I have Xperia u. now a days I am facing a problem that whenever I turn on my WiFi in phone it gets restarted automatically for 15-20 times.This is totally frustrating for me.For operating the phone I have to keep my WiFi turn off always.so please help me.reply ASAP.

And I had already repair my phone via plug-in into pc.and also reset it 2-3 times but still can't get rid off.
