wifi problem

when I try to connect to my home wifi It starts connecting and then says that it's out of range. I have to press scan a few times to get it to reappear

how can I fix it?  I've tried turning off the roouter and the phone. I've tried forgetting the network, but nothing has workedd so far

heyy i upgraded  my  xperia go to JB but ever since my games r suddenly pausing while playing nd dis happns frequently while playing subway surfer ...temple run etc ...can u please help me?? and i would like to thank ssony for such an amazing kool features in the jelly bean update apart from that no issues ....:) thanx for the reply in advance
