Wifi Problem And Region

Hello, I'm new here, And from forbidden Iran

I bought Sony Xperia TX two days ago and I updated to 9.1.B.1.67 , and then wifi doesn't work anyway and it's becase of region blocks I think.

Is there any way to fix it or downgrade to ICS, Original stock rom had persian support in menus and etc.

Please help me.

This was a problem on some other devices but i haven't seen this on Xperia TX.

Have you tried setting your network on channel 11 or lower?

Does WiFi work if you start the phone without SIM-card in flight mode?
