Wifi not turn-off

i have flasfhed my phone with ST25i_6.1.1.B.1.54 GENERIC - user_Sony.ftf rom nearly for a month.

yesterday my phone's wifi can't turn off until i restart the phone... any suggestion?

finaly i repair my phone with sus but this must not be the solution every time the phone has a problem...

sony pls upgrade xperia u to an other android os
