wifi network problem

i have a problem to use my wi-fi,it connects to network but don't open any website.When i start browsing it wait's a while and then show an error"communication error try agian or contact your provider for support"

what should i do? the problem is that it works on one wifi network but when i change the network it doesn't work anymore!
