Wifi keeps turning off

Every time I go to turn my wifi on to connect it just stays on for a minute without even trying to connect to anything and then turns off.

It's always stayed on before, even between wifi connections, so I  don't know what the problem is... Heeellllppp

Hey Grayce.. I had the same problem  try this.. settings> power management> turn off location-based wi-fi.

This will not solve your issue. I have the same problem and I have no other device that has such bad Wi-Fi reception. The signal goes to 1 bar in less than 5 meters of distance to the router. It constatly dies and re-connects on its own. It's quite frankly, the worst wi-fi connection I have seen on a phone.

Two things can help you: changing channels on your wi-fi router and testing how your device works on each one, or returning your phone to your retailer for repair. I recommend the second one.

Had the exact same problem ! 2 days later I just shut the whole system down and restart / Boot back up problem was solved Wifi slider now Dark Blue as compared to a ghosted Blue before that keeped returning to The off position and all my listed Wifi connections came back ! not sure how the problem began

I was also experiencing this problem.I just discovered that it is on the setting of the phone.
Go to Power Management- Check Low battery mode- then uncheck wi-Fi off
