I recently posted another topic about my Sony Xperia Z3v having multiple issues. I have since received a replacement phone because Verizon was unable to help me solve the issues and I am unable to hook my model up to PC Companion. The replacement has done much better than the original phone, but it is still having a WiFi connection issue. The WiFi will disconnect and then reconnect quite frequently. I will be surfing the web, on Facebook, or even just texting and the WiFi will disconnect. A notification will show up at the top saying "WiFi Networks Available" and then a few seconds to a minute later, the WiFi will reconnect and a notification will show up claiming it has been reconnected. I have checked my router and WiFi signal to make sure it isn't an issue on that part. There isn't anything wrong. Nothing else in the house has problems connecting and staying connected unless it is the rare occasion when our WiFi completely goes out. I have already done a factory reset on the device. I also did the hard reset by holding the phone's power and volume buttons until it shut off and came back on. I would try to see if PC Companion could do a repair, but as I mentioned, Verizon's model is unable to sync with the program. Is there anything else I can do to fix this issue? I have only had the device since Tuesday and this is the second device I have had within the last two months. I would really like to solve the issue if possible because otherwise my only other options are to get yet another replacement or completely turn the phone in for trade in value and pick a different device.
