okI have this working on my device between my EZ and Lappy using the the lappy as a hotspot
First I recomment you go through the pairing proceedure first that I mentioned above using PCC
During this process you have to connect the phone via usb, it is a type of security to give permissions to the pc to access the phones file system - pair the devices
once you have done that then do the following (this depends if your lappy has a compatable networks card or not - mine does)
using one of the wifi mini ports (I disabled the other)
open intel proset wireless and set up the wifi connection - ssid password etc
open your main wifi connection and enable internet sharing - adapter setting - sharing ICS tick the box
once you complete the above go into wifi and connect to the ssid you created above (miniport proset) you should be able to connect as with any wifi connection
next go into the phone and setting - experia - usb - and click on the previous connection you had during the pairing process above and disconnect then reconnect
you should now have full access to the phone through your pc and be able to transfer files etc
PS I also have my TV connected to my main wifi connection through the TV lan port to computer lan port by bridging the lan and wifi - on the computer select the two connections holding the control key right click and bridge
don't know about connecting two phones together but this works on my laptop and phone
