Wifi cannot detect any network.

My Xperia Z3 has suddenly decided to not see any WiFi networks. This occurred whilst abroad so I thought it was a glitch but when back in the UK this problem persists. It also does not see anything to connect to via Bluetooth when I have a paired device active.

It can still use Mobile data to access the internet.

- I've already turned off Stamina mode

- I've repaired the phone software via PC Companion

- I've restored phone from backup

(Due to repair / restore I no longer have my apps installed and don't wish to install them over data roaming!)

If a software repair using Xperia Companion did not help, then I recommend that you have your device sent to an authorized service center so that a technician can have a look at it. Get in touch with your Local support to be assisted in doing so.
