WIFI CANNOT ACTIVE

i has been open my wifi from yesterday but ubtill now it still cannpt active and the active button now is grey color

i has been try to use the Sony PC Companion to repair my phone but also same can some one help me p,lease

i think software problem ,

you can repaire your phone ,

with sony update service,

If you have already tried to run an update/repair and this has not worked I can unfortunately only advise that you return the phone so that it may be assessed by an authorised repair agent.
