From past 2 months the wifi bluetooth and hotspot doesnt work.
I have tried to update the software many times, i have tried resetting the phone too, still it doesnt work.
the options are useless too. 
WHAT SHULD I DO NOW???

What happens when you try to enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in Settings? Is the little round icon not moving to the right at all to show that it has been turned on?
If you reset your phone to factory settings in the menu of the phone, I'd recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
If you have already performed the software repair and you still can't activate Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in the Settings menu, please get in contact your Local support team and they will assist you with getting your device sent to an authorized service centre.
